By placing your site to onlineshoppeinc.com, you are agreeing to be bound by, and to comply with, the Terms and Conditions.

Submitted sites will be reviewed by our editors to ensure high quality and good content of the site.

Submission/Link Policy

• Onlineshoppeinc Shopping Directory ONLY accepts online store websites with quality and good contents.
• Submitted sites will be reviewed and will be live within 24 to 48 hours.
• Links will be live forever in our directory.
• Please do not submit sites "under construction.", do not submit URLs or submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
• Do not submit duplicated sites.
• The site cannot contain hate, violence, copyright infringing material, sex, or illegal content.
• Title description must be the official title. A brief 1-2 keywords phrase may follow the official title.
• Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "the best", cheapest", "lowest", etc.
• The site must be in the English language, or have a version that is in English.
• All listings will be reviewed by our editors prior to inclusion, take your time to list your website to the right category and use the correct title, description and keywords for your websites. Failure to use the right title, description and keywords can result to deletion.
• We have the right to reject any listings that do not meet up to our expectations. All listings is reviewed and submitted by humans and not spiders, to ensure a high quality listings.
• We reserve the right to move your listing to the most appropriate category.
• We reserve the right to modify any and all listings to suit our submission guidelines.
• Links may be removed if it violates inclusion policy.
• Link back is appreciated and is required. You can buy Account Upgrades if you do not wish to use the code link.

To Add a Listing: Use the Submit link and navigate to the appropriate directory category and submit your website.

There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we will try and keep these to a minimum.

Refund Policy

• Payment for sites that are declined will be refunded.

Reviews/ Comments

• Visitors may submit reviews so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
• If you do submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant onlineshoppeinc.com, or its assigns, a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
• You grant onlineshoppeinc.com, or its assigns, the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
